Le Pavillon de La Reine, a magnificent residence located by Place des Vosges, pays tribute to Anne of Austria, Queen of France and wife of Louis XIII, who lived within the hotel's walls.
At Restaurant Anne, supervised by Mathieu Pacaud, the chef revisits the classics with intelligence and a certain talent, so much so, the Michelin guide awarded him a star in 2020.
The flavours are there, the products are irreproachable: red mullet, chipirons, gambas, saffron fish soup, chickpeas... The wine list is exceptional, complete with some nice surprises and some great classics.
You will no doubt have an excellent time here, whether it's in the intimate and romantic setting of the library lounge, or in the beautiful green courtyard-garden on a fine day.
